HR Manager (m/f/d)
Main Responsibilities
- Supporting the Director of HR in all strategic and operational personnel matters
- Responsibility for implementing the HR strategy in line with company goals
- Ensuring professional personnel administration (contracts, onboarding, employee files, certificates, etc.)
- Participation in budget planning, salary structure, and personnel cost control
- Planning and conducting the entire recruitment process for all departments
- Organizing and participating in recruiting events, career fairs, and internal talent programs
- Supporting and advising managers and employees on all personnel-related issues
- Co-developing training and development programs in collaboration with the L&D team
- Ensuring compliance with all labor law regulations and internal standards
- Promoting an open, appreciative communication culture
- Supporting employee events, recognition programs, and internal initiatives
Your Profile
- Several years of professional experience in human resources
- Further training in HR is an advantage
- Fluent German and English skills, any additional language is a plus
- Proficient use of applicant management systems and social networks
- High level of integrity, discretion, and advisory competence
- Ability to delegate and set clear expectations
- Use of empathetic communication
- Effective time management and excellent organizational skills
- Proactive approach to challenges and development of innovative solutions
- Knowledge of legal texts L-GAV, OR, ZGB
