The Negishi Sushi Bar, an innovative food concept by the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was founded in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. After a comprehensive renovation, the restaurant now celebrates its reopening and invites guests once again to immerse themselves in the world of fresh, creative sushi enjoyment. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The team takes care of guests on-site as well as incoming take-away and delivery orders. The venue in the heart of the lively Niederdorf in Zurich offers 50 seats at the sushi bar and another 50 seats in the boulevard area.
To complement our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated
Service Staff (a) 50%
Your versatile tasks:
Active guest care 🧑🤝🧑
Managing a service station including cash handling 📝
Preparing and checking the mise en place 🍴
Settling your own sales 💰
General cleaning tasks🧹
Your talents & experience:
Ideally, you have already gained experience in service 🍷
You enjoy your task and contact with guests 🤝
You are flexible and resilient 🤸♀️
Your organizational skills are in demand 📋
Good spoken German skills are required 🗣️
