Job Description
To respond to the increase in the number of mandates entrusted to the service and to support the development of our services, we are looking for a motivated manager to commit within our Lausanne branch.
As head of the adult protection group, you will ensure the operational management of a team of professional curators. Your expertise in adult guardianship, as well as your management skills, will enable you to provide proactive, caring and efficient supervision of your team and the delivery of compliant, diligent and quality services.
You will actively contribute to the smooth running of the adult protection sector and work closely with management, judicial authorities and network partners.
Responsibilities
* Supervise, organise and coordinate the activities of a group of professional curators.
* Plan, allocate and monitor the management of adult protection mandates entrusted to the group.
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory frameworks and internal procedures.
* Provide professional support in complex situations and oversee files, reports and accounts submitted to judicial authorities.
* Lead group meetings and ensure effective communication.
* Manage HR for your team, in collaboration with the service's HR unit.
* Personally assume certain adult protection mandates, respecting the autonomy and rights of persons under guardianship.

Qualifications
* Bachelor degree from a University of Applied Sciences or university.
* Module 1 of the CAS in adult guardianship.
* Training in management or team leadership.
* 3 years of experience in social work and ideally in managing a social entity.
* Personal leadership, loyalty, culture of dialogue and feedback, managerial courage, organisational agility, risk management, change support.
* Solid knowledge of social insurance, adult protection law and financial management.
* Mastery of interview techniques in difficult situations or complex networks.
* Educational skills: ability to transmit knowledge and support professionals.
* Driving licence and personal vehicle.
