Your scope for design
- Leadership and further development of a well-rehearsed 4-person HR team as well as the reception team
- Responsibility for operational and strategic HR management
- Development and implementation of HR processes, culture, and strategy
- Leading, coordinating, and implementing projects in the area of digitization (SAP Success Factors), employer branding, and future HR focuses
- Steering change management initiatives
- Active participation in the operational HR daily routine (development and implementation of HR concepts, regulations, etc.)
Your strengths
- Completed further training in the field of Human Resources (Federal HR certificate, university degree in HR management at FH/HF level or similar)
- Several years of experience in a comparable position with leadership responsibility (You master the operational and strategic HR processes)
- High IT affinity
- Fluent in German and English, French skills are a plus
- Enjoyment in the further development of HR structures
- Strong communication skills, social competence, and assertiveness
