To complement our pool of instructors, we are looking for several health professionals for the area of inter-company courses
HF nursing professionals as instructors with a focus on psychiatry
In this role, you will conduct one-day inter-company courses with about 16 young learners. The learners work in various nursing areas of healthcare such as long-term care (nursing homes), acute care (hospital), psychiatry, home care, and KJFF (children/youth/families/women). The course planning and materials are binding and provided by OdA Gesundheit ZH.
Your profile:
- For this exciting and demanding task, we are looking for HF nursing professionals with at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of psychiatry.
- You have a rich background of experience and knowledge that enables you to convey learning content in a practice-oriented way to the learners, including practical situations.
- Enjoy working with young people
- Preferably, you have experience teaching groups and bring a professional pedagogical qualification such as SVEB1.
- You have time availability for several days in the specified calendar weeks (KW) of the respective inter-company course theme
- KW 03 - 08: Daily structure and resource promotion
- KW 09 - 14: Dealing with people in confusion situations
- KW 23 - 28: Dealing with people with dependency disorders
- KW 37 - 40: Care of people in a suicidal crisis
