ICT System and Solution Engineer VoIP/UCC

What you will achieve

• You independently plan and implement projects with our VoIP telephony solutions, involving customers and their needs.
• You configure and test systems and end devices, put the new SIP communication solutions into operation, and leave TOP satisfied customers.
• With your team, you address customer concerns in the field of telecommunications and develop situation-appropriate solutions within incident management.
• You are responsible for the maintenance, operation, and ongoing monitoring of our SIP communication systems on the customer and data center side.
• You provide input for the improvement of our PBX system Ayrix.

Why you will succeed

• You have completed a degree in computer science or telematics and have several years of experience with VoIP PBX solutions/UCC.
• Your problem-solving behavior is analytical, customer-oriented, and solution-focused.
• You have good knowledge of networks and firewalls and are well-versed in IP-based networks and the services and protocols available on them, especially SIP, SDP, RTP, TCP, UDP. Experience in the administration and management of Linux-based server systems is an advantage.
• Furthermore, you impress with your confident demeanor, excellent communication skills, and strong team ability.
• You have a perfect command of the German language in both spoken and written form and possess good English skills. Additionally, you are willing to regularly be on call.
