Psychologist for children and adolescents
Founded in 1924, the International School of Geneva (Ecolint) welcomes 4,500 students aged 3 to 18 years representing more than 130 nationalities. La Châtaigneraie Campus – Secondary
Supporting students in their personal, social and academic development to foster an inclusive and balanced learning environment.

Your role and responsibilities:
The candidate will work with students (individually or in groups), parents, staff and teachers to support students facing personal and social development issues, academic difficulties or other concerns. They will provide a wide range of student services, from assessment and diagnosis to crisis intervention and follow-up.
- Collaborate with teaching staff, parents and families to provide support and guidance to students.
- Work closely with the entire Secondary staff to support and advise inclusion initiatives.
- Work closely with students and the support services teaching team (Learning Support and Extended Support Programme).
- Identify assessment needs and assist the school team and family in referring to appropriate external professionals; liaise and collaborate with external specialists for follow-up of specific cases.
- Implement classroom and small group programmes to promote students’ social and emotional development.
Profile sought:
Qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in child and adolescent clinical psychology.
- Authorisation to practise psychology in the canton of Vaud.
- At least 5 years’ experience with children/adolescents in a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of local organisations and resources dealing with childhood issues in general, and mental health in particular, is essential.
- Proficiency in English or French, with excellent operational knowledge of the other language (level C1).

- Sensitivity to diversity and multiculturalism.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
