Tasks

Development and consistent implementation of a competitive assortment strategy in the field of garden technology
Active management of the assortment portfolio regarding innovation, profitability, seasonal planning and customer relevance
Management of supplier partnerships at home and abroad as well as negotiation of terms focusing on availability, quality and differentiation
Responsibility for the operational and strategic implementation of projects and assortment initiatives across various interfaces
Leadership and further development of the four-member garden technology team with a focus on collaboration, goal achievement and implementation strength

Completed studies in business administration or marketing (university/fachhochschule) or commercial basic training with corresponding further education in marketing as well as solid professional experience in category management and/or procurement in the non-food sector
Committed, innovative as well as market- and customer-oriented personality with analytical flair, pronounced negotiation skills and assertiveness
Leadership personality with a passion for team leadership and the ability to act in a structured and confident manner even in demanding and complex projects
High affinity for the area of responsibility as well as trend-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking personality with pioneering spirit
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good French and English skills
