Operations Dispatcher: Operations Centre (80 - 100 %)

Your Tasks

Receiving and processing emergency calls, reports, and alarms
Dispatching, accompanying, and supporting operational personnel, including continuous assessment of the situation
Conducting situation assessments
Initiating immediate measures and documenting events
Leadership support during major events and special operations

Your Profile

Completed police training (federal diploma/certificate)
IT user knowledge of police-specific applications
Ability to work focused and carefully even under high time and psychological pressure, as well as maintaining an overview of several simultaneously running, including complex, cases and issues
Excellent communication skills with a high degree of empathy, frustration tolerance, and teamwork
Willingness to work weekends and nights as well as perform special operations
