Electrician with Customer Focus and Technological Know-how

• Conduct fault analyses in customer service and efficiently resolve problems
• Advise customers competently on electrical topics such as circuits and building automation
• Perform functional and safety checks of installations

• Completed vocational training as an electrician or electrical installer with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
• Several years of practical experience in electrical customer support
• Strong analytical skills for proactive fault detection
• Pronounced interest in current technologies such as All-IP, control systems, and ICT
• Confident German language skills and a category B driving licence

• Provision of modern digital tools including contemporary ICT infrastructure
