About the job
Your Tasks
- Contact point for students, lecturers, and external partners in everyday university life
- Provision, maintenance, and further development of technical infrastructure, user support, procurement and material management, inventory
- Active participation in the conception, organization, and implementation of internal and external events (exhibitions, information days, festival visits, study trips, etc.)
- Research tasks for the further development of the degree program
- Collaboration on external communication channels of the degree program (website, social media, etc.)
- Support of the degree program management in planning and administration, including fee processes and accounting
Your Profile
- You have a bachelor's degree in design, film, art, or computer science. Both creative skills and technical know-how are required
- Administrative experience and programming skills are desired; subject-specific professional experience is an advantage
- You are well organized, structured, independent, and reliable, take responsibility, think proactively, and drive projects forward
- You bring high motivation and flexibility and are interested in working in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing requirements
- You enjoy working in a team, think networked and interdisciplinary
- You are linguistically proficient in German and English, both spoken and written
