Developing and implementing procurement strategies for construction services and related product groups
Analysing supplier markets as well as building and maintaining suitable supplier relationships
Managing project purchasing for new construction, conversion and renovation projects
Conducting tenders and negotiations with external service providers
Representing purchasing in investment projects and interdisciplinary project teams
Monitoring agreed purchasing measures and tracking defined goals
Coordinating procurement issues with internal departments and external partners
Contributing to the further development of processes and standards in purchasing
Qualifications:
Qualification as a technician HF in construction planning, business studies or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in strategic purchasing, ideally in the field of construction services
Good understanding of technical contexts and contract law
Experience with tenders, negotiations and procurement projects
Assertiveness and consistent implementation of agreed goals
Structured working method with pronounced negotiation skills
Good user knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
Confident German as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
