specialist educator

Your mission

• Promote the well-being of residents and the development of their skills through personalised educational action.
• Coordinate socio-educational projects for residents, ensure their follow-up, and set up individualised objectives according to the reference principle.
• Support residents in daily life tasks.
• Actively participate in the smooth running of the residence and the overall care of residents.
• Carry out routine administrative tasks related to the role.
• Participate in educational projects related to the sector.

Your profile

• Diploma as a specialist educator from HETS or an equivalent qualification recognised by SEFRI.
• Several years of experience in the field of disability.
• Knowledge of intellectual disability issues associated with autism spectrum disorder and psychiatric disorders.
• Good knowledge of the Geneva medico-social network.
• Good adaptability, autonomy and organisational skills.
• Competence in administrative tasks, writing skills and good command of IT and office tools.
• Willingness to work irregular hours and at weekends.
• Swiss nationality or valid work permit.

Work rate: 80%

Start date: 1 December 2026

Contract type: Fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027
