HR Business Partner (m/f/d), 100%

Your tasks

Do you want to not just manage in HR, but actively shape culture and change? Then become part of our dynamic HR team – and accompany the establishment of our new logistics site in Avenches from the very beginning.

• You will manage the entire HR life cycle for around 90 employees at our Western Swiss locations
• You will actively shape the establishment of the new location Avenches – including the recruitment of around 30 new employees
• As a strategic HR partner, you will advise management on topics such as recruitment, personnel planning, development, change management, and occupational health management
• You will work closely with the HR administration and payroll team at the headquarters in Wallisellen
• You will report directly to HR management and be part of a motivated, collegial team of 7 HR professionals

Your profile

• Commercial basic training EFZ
• Further training as an HR specialist with a professional certificate
• Several years of professional experience in HR consulting and recruitment as well as experience in the logistics environment
• Service orientation and collaborative work with managers and employees
• Willingness to travel of about 30% in Western Switzerland
• Resilient, assertive, and team-oriented personality with a practical working style
• Very good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Fluent French in spoken and written form as well as good German skills (bilingual is an advantage)
