To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in the Global IT department, we are looking for a dedicated Platform Engineer (f/m/d), 100%.
We are strengthening our digital capabilities by establishing an Azure-based Internal Developer Platform. In this hands-on role, you will work on platform infrastructure components, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code to enable standardized application delivery and self-service capabilities. You will work closely with platform users across the organization to continuously improve the developer's experience.
Your tasks:
- Operate and continuously evolve the Internal Developer Platform based on Azure, GitHub, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable developers with automated workflows by building and maintaining containerized workloads.
- Provide a consistent end-to-end developer experience by standardizing tooling from local IDEs to CI/CD pipelines and runtime environments.
- Collaborate closely with the Platform Owner to translate platform roadmap and requirements into technical solutions.
- Improve developer workflows by simplifying processes, reducing manual effort, and promoting standardized approaches.
- Ensure platform reliability and security via monitoring, observability, and policy-driven governance.
- Enable citizen developers to adopt the platform by providing technical guidance, best practices, and troubleshooting support.
- Create documentation, guidelines, and onboarding materials to support sustainable platform adoption.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a specialized field related to DevOps development or engineering.
- Proficiency in DevOps automation (Terraform, GitHub Actions) and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Azure Container Apps) and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services, preferably in enterprise-scale cloud environments
- A collaborative mindset — You work closely with developers, understand their needs, proactively translate requirements into user stories and propose technical solutions.
- Strong time management skills — You're able to self-organize, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in agile environments, with the ability to apply agile principles and mindset to daily work — You're comfortable delivering iteratively and maintaining consistent progress in a dynamic environment.
- A cloud certification (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent) is considered a strong advantage.
