Your responsibilities
- Optimize assembly processes and reduce production cycle times
- Carry out time and motion analysis based (such as REFA methods)
- Evaluate production costs and support planning activities by setting standard target times
- Conduct workstation studies and line analyses to drive targeted process improvements and to improve workflow efficiency.
- Perform Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify process waste and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend enhancements to ergonomics, safety, and workstation layout.
- Define and implement the best industrial practices to ensure effective, standardized, and sustainable procedures
- Train operational teams in new standards and procedures.
- Document and formalize processes to ensure operational consistency and knowledge transfer.
Your profile
- You have a higher education qualification (Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university or HES) in industrial engineering or as a production engineer.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in time studies (such as REFA methods) and implementing continuous improvement projects.
- You are proficient in Lean Manufacturing principles and associated tools: 5S, VSM, Kaizen, Standard Work, DMAIC, etc.
- Additional training in Lean Management, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or an equivalent qualification is a significant advantage.
- You are skilled in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, and proficient with data analysis software (e.g., Power BI, Minitab).
- You are fluent in French and have a very good knowledge of English (B2)
- You are rigorous, methodical, and analytical, demonstrating autonomy as well as excellent team spirit.
- You can work effectively in a cross-functional environment, interacting with production, methods, quality, and logistics departments.
- You possess a practical mindset and a genuine interest in hands-on work, aiming to understand operational realities and propose concrete solutions
