Polymechanic CNC Milling (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Programming and setting up 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Independent production of demanding workpieces
• Creating and documenting clamping plans
• Monitoring and optimising manufacturing processes
• Processing stainless steel (Inox), aluminium and steel
• Ensuring quality, dimensional accuracy and meeting deadlines
• Collaboration on prototypes, small series and large parts

Requirements

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ or comparable mechanical vocational training
• Solid CNC knowledge and practical experience in milling
• Experience in programming Heidenhain controls
• Technical understanding and good spatial imagination
• Clean, precise and reliable working method
• Independent personality with team spirit and sense of responsibility
