Employee Departure Services (Check-in & Gate) (m/f/d)

Ready for the next departure? We are looking immediately or by arrangement for motivated individuals who enable our passengers to have a first-class start to their journey at the airport.

Your tasks:

• Smooth process: You ensure the organisation of queues at check-in and at the gate.
  
• Check-in & documents: You check in passengers and luggage and carry out precise checks of travel documents.
  
• Passenger care: You welcome arriving guests and support transfer passengers with competent information.
  
• Gate management: You set up the boarding gate for efficient boarding and are responsible for the punctual completion of the flight.
  
• Service & sales: You are the contact person for customer enquiries, collect excess baggage fees and actively sell ticket upgrades.

Your profile:

• Language expert: You communicate fluently in German and English. Understanding Swiss German is mandatory.
  
• Basic: You have completed initial training (apprenticeship or A-levels).
  
• Mobility: You hold a valid driving licence and are flexible for shift work between 04:00 and 23:30.
  
• IT affinity: You are proficient with computers and quickly familiarise yourself with new systems.
  
• Personality: You have a neat appearance, a quick grasp and remain resilient and friendly even in hectic situations.
  
• Experience: Ideally, you already have experience in customer service.
