As the store manager of the Volg store in Gretzenbach, you lead and promote your team and ensure a smooth daily operation. You pay attention to an appealing product presentation and ensure that our products are always available.
With enthusiasm for direct customer contact, you advise our customers in a practical and competent manner and implement targeted sales promotion measures. You keep an eye on sales, budget, and quality, and ensure order, safety, and hygiene in the store. Administrative tasks such as cash register closings, inventories, and compliance with internal guidelines also fall within your area of responsibility. You take over the management of the post agency and are responsible for the vocational training of apprentices in the retail specialist EFZ field.
You have completed training in retail and ideally have further specialized as a retail specialist. Thanks to your several years of experience in sales – preferably with leadership responsibility – you bring the necessary expertise and intuition for everyday retail operations.
Entrepreneurial thinking and business understanding characterize you as well as an independent and reliable working style. You remain calm even in busy moments and keep an overview. In addition, you communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing.
