The restaurants in the PostFinance Arena are a popular meeting place for hockey fans, business people, members, and sponsors during the hectic game days of SC Bern. In addition to the heavily frequented ice hockey home games and the lunch business in the Arena Restaurant, banquets, seminars, and various events are among the strengths of the operation.
Sportgastro AG is a sister company of SCB Eishockey AG. We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef / Chef Tournant 100% starting October 2025 or by arrangement. You bring with you
- Completed professional training as a cook EFZ
- Good knowledge of German, additional languages are an advantage
- Creativity and passion for the culinary arts
- Expertise in all stations
- Stress resistance: organized, independent, and you keep an overview even in hectic times
Your tasks are
- Supporting the kitchen chefs
- Working at various stations in à la carte and banquet business
- Co-responsibility for production
- Support in staff management
- Ensuring order and cleanliness as well as general cleaning tasks
- Fair and contemporary conditions
