Plant Operator 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

As a plant operator (m/f/d), you are the expert on the machines! You control and monitor the production systems, ensure a smooth process, and intervene when there are issues. You set up the systems, carry out quality checks, and document the production data. Additionally, you take care of minor maintenance and repair work to keep everything running smoothly.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training (e.g. as a machine and plant operator, industrial mechanic, or equivalent)

• 2-shift to 3-shift operation depending on order situation

• Experience in operating production systems would be great You are responsible for the braiding machines (steel wire nets)

• Technical understanding and manual skills?

• Careful and responsible working style

• Willingness to work shifts (early, late, or night shift)

• Team spirit and reliability are natural for you
