Introduction

For a social institution with complex nursing and care tasks, we are looking for a professionally skilled individual who actively contributes their expertise to the further development of nursing and supports staff in demanding care situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring high-quality nursing care and promoting evidence-based nursing approaches
• Professional leadership, advice, and support of teams in complex nursing and care situations
• Development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing standards and concepts
• Promotion of interprofessional collaboration with internal and external specialists
• Conducting training sessions and accompanying change and development processes
• Participation in projects for quality and organisational development

Profile

• Training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or FH
• Ideally further training as a nursing expert or close to completion
• Several years of professional experience in a demanding nursing environment
• High professional competence and interest in the further development of modern nursing concepts
• Strong communication and advisory skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
