In this role, you will take on a varied and responsible position as Corporate Controller in a dynamic, globally oriented environment. You will work in a small, experienced team where professionalism and high quality are central. Your work will significantly contribute to thoroughly addressing complex financial issues. With your contribution, you will noticeably make a difference and actively shape the further development of the role.
Responsibilities:
You will participate in the group consolidation of around 30 group companies
You will support monthly and annual financial statements and group reporting according to Swiss GAAP FER
You will take on tasks in financial compliance and in the further development of the internal control system
You will prepare the global transfer pricing documentation and support country-by-country reporting
You will conduct ad-hoc analyses and collaborate in finance, digitalisation, tax, and M&A projects
You will maintain and further develop the consolidation software
You will support international group companies and occasionally conduct internal audits on site
Qualifications:
You have a higher business education with a focus on finance, controlling, or auditing
You bring several years of experience in consolidation and controlling as well as sound knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER
You possess very good skills in Excel, Power BI, and SAP; experience with Cognos is an advantage
You work analytically, independently, and conceptually and have an interest in an international environment
You communicate fluently in German and English
