Head of Property Management in the Executive Team (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 135,000Role:
In this role, as a member of the executive team, you take responsibility for a diverse portfolio of rental, commercial, and condominium properties. You are responsible for the professional management of these properties and ensure regular, service-oriented communication with demanding clients. You lead and support your team and use modern industry software such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 / ImmoNext (Navision) purposefully for efficient processes. You can expect a varied, responsible role with a high degree of creative freedom, where your own ideas are expressly welcomed. At the same time, you benefit from attractive development prospects and targeted support for your further training in a professional, collegial environment.
Responsibilities:
- You take overall responsibility for a diverse property portfolio and lead your team both professionally and operationally.
- In this role, you manage initial and re-lettings including rent setting, contract conclusions, and property handovers.
- You are responsible for the financial and administrative management including billing, budget planning, heating and operating costs, as well as debt collection.
- As Head of Property Management, you coordinate technical management, supervise craftsmen’s work, and oversee projects and renovations.
- You prepare reports, variance and market analyses, and derive targeted optimisation potentials from them.
- In this role, you maintain regular communication with owners and tenants and drive the further development of portfolio management.
Qualifications:
- Completed education or further training in the property sector (e.g. federal specialist certificate in property management, technical or commercial basic training, HF/FH)
- Several years of practical experience in operational property management
- Sound knowledge of tenancy, contract and property law as well as property accounting
- Independent, structured and distinctly service-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and enjoyment in interacting with owners, tenants, caretakers and craftsmen
- Openness to digital solutions and new technological developments
