Your mission
As a project manager, you contribute to the implementation of the cantonal strategy in the field of vital and non-vital health emergencies.
Within the unit responsible for the strategy and coordination of health emergencies, you transform strategic orientations into projects and concrete actions, in collaboration with the various stakeholders concerned.
Your main tasks will include:
- Managing projects in the field of health emergencies
- Analysing and assessing the population's needs and the evolution of care requirements
- Preparing reports and decision support documents
- Designing and implementing communication and information actions
- Supporting the implementation of various measures and ensuring their follow-up
- Assuming organisational and administrative tasks related to projects and unit activities
Desired profile
- University degree or equivalent in health, public health, public administration or management
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in health or public policy
- Good knowledge of the Swiss health system and its main actors
- Excellent analytical, synthesis and writing skills
- Ability to unite and advance complex projects
- Initiative, autonomy and organisational skills
- Comfortable with IT tools and data processing
- Excellent command of French or German with good knowledge of the partner language (B1-B2)
