What you will do here
- Investigate sustainability-relevant behavior (especially behavior for the preservation of biodiversity) of decision-makers within companies
- Develop research designs and conduct focus groups, survey studies, and field experiments
- Link and analyze behavioral, corporate, and environmental data (e.g., biodiversity footprints)
- Publish research results in scientific journals and communicate at scientific conferences and practical events
- Take on project management tasks within an interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary project
What you ideally bring
- Master's degree in psychology, business administration, economics, or a related field
- Affinity for sustainability topics (e.g., biodiversity)
- Interest in applied research and experience in conducting statistical analyses (e.g., with R or Python)
- Practical experience in the private sector or public administration as well as experience in project management is an advantage
- Good communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Very good knowledge of German or French (C2) with knowledge of the other language
