Job Description

• Frontend technical lead on web projects and applications (corporate sites, e-commerce, hybrid apps or PWAs).
• Design and implementation of front architectures (React, Next.js, Vue.js, or equivalent frameworks depending on the project).
• Technical supervision of frontend developers: support, code review, skill development.
• Guardian of code quality and best practices: performance, accessibility, maintainability, security.
• Close collaboration with backend leads, UX/UI, and project managers to ensure technical and functional coherence of deliverables.
• Technology watch and active participation in defining the Factory's frontend standards (stack, tools, CI/CD, documentation).
• Participation in pre-sales and estimation phases to size frontend technical needs and estimate workloads.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science (Master's degree, engineering school or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of frontend development experience, including initial experience as a lead or technical referent.
• Mastery of React (or Next.js), modern JS/TS standards, and build tools (Vite, Webpack, etc.).
• Proven experience in designing headless and composable architectures.
• Proven experience implementing headless fronts connected to backends via REST/GraphQL APIs and orchestrated with CMS or e-commerce platforms.
• Good knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.).
• Skills in estimation and technical scoping.
• Demonstrated ability to estimate frontend developments, identify technical risks and dependencies, and contribute to writing technical proposals.
• Strong sensitivity to UX, design systems, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Experience in agile methodology and working with nearshore/offshore teams.
• Good level of technical and spoken English.
• Team spirit, natural leadership, and ability to help other developers grow.
