We are an established customer contact centre in Biel with around 100 dedicated employees and offer a comprehensive range of services around the oral and written support of customer concerns – especially for companies from the automotive and health insurance sectors. With competence, flexibility and service awareness, we support our clients in acquiring new customers or sustainably strengthening existing customer relationships.
To expand our dynamic and rapidly growing team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for communicative personalities who enjoy winning new customers or professionally advising and supporting them.
Your tasks:
• Sales and appointment scheduling by telephone
• Active customer approach with charm and persuasiveness
Our expectations:
• Accent-free Swiss German (native language)
• Very good communication and strong sales skills/experience in sales mandatory
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact
• Reliable, punctual and friendly
• Efficient and precise working method
• Very good comprehension
• Quality-conscious and independent working style
• Flexible regarding working hours (at least 3 evenings, remaining shifts freely selectable), regular Saturday shifts advantageous
• Also ideal for returnees, career changers or as a flexible second job
