Account Manager Product Sales Consumer Electronics (80-100%)
We are a dynamic scale-up and have been revolutionising the e-commerce market in Switzerland for 5 years. We focus on activating and nurturing communities and finding new solutions for our customers and partners to create added value in the digital and analogue world. With Brands for Employees, we offer the leading solution for employee discounts; we reach all university and college students with Brands for Students; in collaboration with the TX Group, we manage MyShop on 20Minuten and we are also behind the Super Deals in the TWINT app.
With our 80 employees in Switzerland and Europe, we generate mid double-digit million revenues and have an average growth rate of 70% over the last 4 years. Awarded by the Swiss Economic Forum with the SEF.Growth High Potential Label, we are successfully implementing our expansion plans at home and abroad.
We are looking for a committed and experienced person for the position of Account Manager in product sales for the Consumer Electronics category! You will be responsible for selecting the best products for our platforms, negotiating prices and conditions with suppliers, and building a strong network. With your strategic skills, you plan and manage campaigns, optimise their performance, and always keep the sales targets in view. Analysing sales data, optimising the product mix, and further developing pricing and margin strategies are as much part of your daily routine as the smooth handling of campaigns. If you are also a communication talent, work in a structured way, and enjoy increasing sales and profit in your product category, then you are exactly right with us!
About the job

Sales
- You build a sustainable and strategically valuable supplier network and maintain long-term partnerships.

- You ensure a competitive and target group-oriented offer and continuously optimise it.
- You are responsible for the sales targets and the economic performance of the planned campaigns.
- You identify innovative business opportunities, e.g. by visiting trade fairs, market analyses, or networking events.
Campaign management
- You develop and implement creative strategies to increase sales and profit in your product category.
- You create and manage detailed annual plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure effective resource management.
- You analyse sales data and market developments to optimise the product mix, pricing, and margin development.
- You monitor and improve processes within your category to ensure the efficiency and success of campaigns.
Your profile
- Mindset: You have a deep understanding of business and e-commerce-specific processes and recognise potentials in product categorisation and campaign planning to actively increase sales and profit.

- Modern communication and working models: Benefit from flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home. Our modern communication tools and platforms enable efficient collaboration regardless of location.
- Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths: Benefit from an open corporate culture with direct communication channels and fast decision-making processes.
