Do you recognise yourself in the following?

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee in public transport or as a retail trade manager in public transport
• You have good knowledge and/or a genuine interest in the field of public transport
• You are proficient in French (C1), have intermediate knowledge of German (B1), and basic knowledge of English (A1)
• You are strongly customer-oriented and have a sense of service
• You demonstrate flexibility and a good capacity to adapt

Do these tasks inspire you?

• You collaborate in the organisation and smooth operational functioning of the sales points in Châtel-St-Denis and Palézieux
• You prepare accounts and statistics in accordance with directives and set objectives
• You welcome, inform, and advise customers at the sales point and assist them in using digital channels
• You issue travel tickets as well as the various products offered at the sales point
• You regularly update yourself on public transport products and offers in the region, Switzerland, and abroad
• You make reservations and ensure their follow-up
• You manage lost property and its return to customers
• You ensure the proper management and availability of advertising material at the sales point
• You ensure the impeccable maintenance of cash registers and rigorous management of the sales point’s accounting
