For our restaurant, we are looking for a team leader / team leader restaurant 100 % starting from November 1, 2025, or by arrangement.
We are looking for a committed personality to lead our public restaurant, which plays a central role in our institution.
You will shape our public restaurant with heart and passion!
Your tasks

Organization and successful execution of events and functions

Professional leadership and motivation of our restaurant team

Guest care and host function

Management of the cash register system (TC-Pos) and revenue control

Continuous development of operations and optimization of processes

Ensuring compliance with hygiene and food regulations
Your profile

Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management

Several years of leadership experience in the industry

Enjoyment in dealing with people, well-groomed appearance, and empathy

Professional, appreciative demeanor, and team spirit

Organizational talent, communication skills, and motivation

Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, as well as confident handling of IT-
systems
