What to expect

• Perform compliance reviews, monitoring activities, analyses, and controls in the areas of AML/CTF/IS
• Monitor and ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal requirements related to AML/CTF/IS
• Advise and support senior management and employees on AML/CTF/IS matters and related projects
• Prepare reports for authorities and internal stakeholders
• Plan and deliver internal training sessions

The skills you'll bring

• Higher education (University / University of Applied Sciences) in law, economics, or an equivalent qualification in AML/CTF/IS
• At least 5 years of practical experience in AML monitoring and sanctions-ideally in the insurance sector
• Ability to work independently and remain resilient under pressure
• Fluent command of English and German
• High level of motivation, commitment, and self-discipline
• Willingness to take on responsibility
• Strong team spirit and enjoyment in collaborating with local business units and our Italian group (in English)
