Your Tasks

• You can apply your expertise and experience purposefully and actively support us in improving the processes on the ward
• You contribute to ensuring that teamwork is conducted on an equal footing, constructively and interprofessionally
• You assist in implementing our ward concept and continuously develop it with us
• Together with the interprofessional treatment team, you contribute to stabilising patients and thus to a better quality of life
• You support the staff in everyday nursing care
• You promote interprofessional collaboration with all involved professional groups
• You take on organisational, nursing and planning tasks and participate in projects

Your Profile

• You have training as a qualified nurse HF/FH/DNII
• You have several years of professional and leadership experience
• You enjoy multiprofessional collaboration and have an interest in complex psychiatric issues
• You are open to change and lead by example
• You bring a goal- and result-oriented mindset as well as flexibility and resilience
• You are responsible for comprehensive nursing care and adherence to our high quality standards
• Together with the ward management, you are responsible for the smooth running of daily ward operations
• You are jointly responsible with the ward management for the professional, personnel and administrative leadership and development of the nursing team
