Your tasks

Ensuring peace, order and security in asylum accommodations, at events or in public spaces
Patrols, access controls and presence duties
De-escalating behaviour in challenging situations
Physically active
Contact person for residents, visitors and authorities

What you bring:

Minimum age 21 years
Good German skills in spoken and written form (additional languages advantageous)
Neat appearance and confident demeanour
Willingness to work irregular hours (including evenings, nights and weekends)
Resilience, sense of responsibility and high social competence
Impeccable character (current criminal record extract required)
Swiss citizen or permit C, EU/EFTA permit B
