To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and negotiation-savvy personality in Key Account Management who manages and successfully develops an attractive portfolio of existing B2B customers – while also acquiring new customers.
Your tasks
- Management and expansion of an existing portfolio in the food sector (B2B)
- Maintenance of long-term partnerships with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
- Acquisition of new customers in the target markets of gastronomy, hospitality, retail, and corporate clients
- Development and implementation of strategic sales plans
- Analysis of sales figures and derivation of measures to achieve targets
- Close collaboration with production, marketing, and logistics for smooth processes
- Representation of the St. Jakob Foundation at trade fairs, events, and customer appointments
What you bring
- Several years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally in the food or delicatessen sector
- Proven successes in customer retention and acquisition
- Strong negotiation skills and a convincing demeanor
- Structured, independent working style and high goal orientation
- Good network in gastronomy, hospitality, or retail is an advantage
- Passion for high-quality food and a sense of social responsibility
