Start date: August 1, 2026 (limited to six months)
Would you like to gain initial practical experience in university administration? In our six-month internship, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the administration and organization of continuing education programs.
During your internship, you will support the Customer Service Continuing Education team and learn about the diverse processes behind the scenes.
Your tasks in Customer Service Continuing Education include:
- Supporting the Customer Service Continuing Education officers in the administration and coordination of over 200 continuing education programs
- Taking on general administrative tasks: including coordination and processing of incoming mail and creditor and debtor invoices, handling office supply orders, maintaining participant data, creating confirmations and certificates
- Participating in and assisting with the organization of events
- Interest in administrative activities and the field of continuing education
- Structured, careful, and reliable working style
- Enjoyment of customer contact and strong service orientation
- Good oral and written German skills
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Teamwork skills as well as an independent and motivated personality
- Completed apprenticeship / high school diploma

The Operations and Services department (AOS) ensures a powerful basic structure and efficient processes for the successful operation of the ZHAW School of Management and Law. We are responsible for the administration, evaluation, further development, and quality of teaching and continuing education. We also provide support in the functional areas of didactics, translation/editing, communication skills, IT, process and system management, and facility management. The development and implementation of modules in the areas of languages and communication in business and law as well as business administration and didactics are also part of our tasks.
