Apprenticeship Construction Machinery Mechanic (m/f) EFZ

Tasks

During your apprenticeship, you will go through various departments such as earthmoving, tower cranes, concrete technology, and mobile cranes. This way, you gain varied and exciting insights.

• You will get to know the different construction machines and equipment such as hydraulic excavators, wheel loaders, dumpers, bulldozers and crawler loaders, telescopic handlers, tower cranes, concrete mixers, as well as mobile cranes
• You will check mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems and learn to repair them professionally if necessary
• You will diagnose faults and malfunctions and find suitable solutions
• You will learn to carry out service and maintenance work independently and organise the appropriate spare parts
• You will be able to understand and apply technical documents
• You will mostly work in a team in our workshops. At the end of the apprenticeship, you will accompany service technicians in their work. No day is the same!

Qualifications

You bring the following:

• Completed secondary school level A or B
• Enjoyment of technology
• Good grades, especially in mathematics
• Interest in learning new things
• Good comprehension and organisational skills
• Independence and sense of responsibility
• Team spirit and willingness to help
