The Hotel Bad Schauenburg is a renowned 4-star seminar & business hotel in the most beautiful rural surroundings. A total of 38 stylish guest rooms are available to guests. Furthermore, attractive seminar rooms with the latest infrastructure, as well as 2 beautiful banquet halls for special occasions. Culinary delights are also available for every occasion. In addition to the gourmet restaurant "Basler Stübli" which was recently awarded 15 Gault Millau points again, the brasserie « Bad Schauenburg » - in the former barn - offers modern, high-quality and classic cuisine. The bistro «zum Schauenegg», a place for everyone, convinces with down-to-earthness and Swiss tradition. The new baroque garden was redesigned according to historical models and provides the kitchen with fresh herbs and vegetables.

Your exciting main tasks:
In this position, you will work together with the team to significantly contribute to the further development of our house and together strengthen the position of the house in the market.
- Support and deputy of the management in the operational day-to-day business
- Participation in the organization and coordination of all operational processes up to the development and implementation of sales concepts for the company.
- Support the clients in recognizing and pursuing strategic goals to ensure the success of the house
- Preparation of daily closings, preparation of monthly closing
- General administrative work and correspondence at the reception
- Organization and execution of banquets, events and functions
- Care and expansion of sales activities and customer relationships
- Collaboration in marketing and sales strategies
- Ensuring smooth operational processes
- Leadership, motivation and development of employees
What you can offer:
- Training in the hotel or gastronomy sector
- Several years of experience in a leadership position
- Experience in banquet, event or sales area
- Entrepreneurial thinking and organizational talent
- Host personality with high service orientation
- Very good German skills, French and other foreign languages are an advantage
- Driver's license B/mobility (no public transport available)
