In this sales role, you will manage existing customer accounts, build and strengthen long-term customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and make a significant contribution to achieving regional sales objectives.</span></p><p><span style="color:#000000"><br /><b>Your Responsibilities:</b></span></p><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Achieve agreed sales targets through the management of existing customers and acquisition of new accounts.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Develop and implement regional sales strategies to increase market penetration.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Build and maintain sustainable business relationships with healthcare professionals and healthcare institutions.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and perform administrative sales activities.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Ensure compliance with internal policies regarding pricing, quotations, credit terms, quality standards, and expense management.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Maintain and utilize account profiles, including relevant customer and market information.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Monitor market and competitive activities and communicate relevant insights within the organization.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Conduct product training for customers and internal colleagues and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Represent Abbott as a professional and ethical partner while adhering to all applicable compliance and healthcare professional (HCP) guidelines.</span></li></ul><p><span style="color:#000000"><br /><b>Your Qualifications:</b></span></p><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification gained through relevant professional experience.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Minimum of five years of successful sales experience within the medical device industry.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Strong knowledge of a relevant therapy area and a solid understanding of market and customer needs.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Excellent organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Experience working in matrix organizations and geographically dispersed teams.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused working style.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Willingness to travel regularly, with a minimum travel requirement of 25%.</span></li></ul><p><span style="color:#000000"><br /><b>Working at Abbott</b> At Abbott, you can do work that matters, helping people live healthier and more fulfilling lives.
