About the job
In the heart of the city of Zurich, the residential homes in Seefeld offer living and life space at various locations for adults with cognitive or multiple disabilities.
At the Ottenweg location, 16 people live who require special care and basic nursing due to their level of disability and age. We are looking for a
(Sole) Cook (80%)
Tasks:
- Responsibility for a seasonal, balanced and health-conscious diet for the residents and staff
- Organisation of purchases, delivery and storage of food
- Ensuring hygiene, cleanliness and order in the commercial kitchen and the food storage areas
- Responsible agogic support and guidance of people with disabilities (protected workplaces)
- Deputising during the absence of the kitchen managers of the other two residential homes
You have completed training and several years of professional experience as a cook. You have an interest in social work issues and bring commitment, creativity and joy in your profession.
We offer you a development-oriented working environment with contemporary employment conditions and opportunities for further training, an appreciative working atmosphere and a varied activity in a motivated team with regular daytime working hours from Monday to Friday. In addition, your workplace is located in the attractive Zurich Seefeld.
