Following the upcoming departure of the current holder, we are advertising the position of

Lead, support and develop a team of three employees
Manage the entire billing process and ensure its quality, deadlines and reliability
Monitor general accounting and contribute to the quality of periodic closings
Supervise controlling activities and ensure the reliability of financial data and indicators
Analyse variances, identify trends and provide decision-making support
Actively participate in budgeting processes, forecasts and financial closings
Develop and improve reporting and management tools, notably using Excel, Power Query and Power BI
Ensure the application and compliance with the internal control system (ICS) within the unit
Identify opportunities for improvement, simplification and automation of processes
Participate in cross-functional projects of the Regional Directorate and provide your financial expertise to various units

Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting, obtained or in progress, or equivalent training
Proven experience in accounting, billing and/or controlling
First successful experience in team leadership or strong motivation to move into a managerial role
Very good command of Excel; knowledge of Power Query and Power BI appreciated
Comfortable with data, reporting tools and indicator analysis
Ability to structure, prioritise and work independently
Analytical, pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
Rigor, reliability and sense of responsibility
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage periods of high activity
Excellent command of French; knowledge of German is an asset
