What is my role?

Our client requires a federally certified master plumber as Head of Department, who independently manages the sanitary department as a profit centre. In this position, you will lead complex projects, acquire new contracts through your existing network, and actively shape the strategic expansion of the department.

What do I need to be successful?

For this responsible position, you bring:

• Qualification as a federally certified master plumber and several years of experience in staff management

• An entrepreneurial mindset and an established network for acquiring new projects

• Independent and reliable working style combined with strong communication skills

• High commitment and enthusiasm for challenging tasks

• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
