Senior Physician / Co-Head of Department 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Professional and personnel co-head of department together with a clinical psychologist of the interdisciplinary team
- Conducting and evaluating integrated psychiatric-psychotherapeutic assessments and treatments of individuals, couples, and families across the entire age spectrum and all psychiatric disorders
- Co-design and implementation of projects for professional and institutional development
- Monitoring of departmental goals
- Participation in on-call duties
- Collaboration and coordination of consultation activities at LUKS Sursee
- Networking and exchange with external referrers and specialist agencies
- Conducting expert reports on various issues if interested
Your Profile
- Specialist physician in psychiatry
- Organizational talent, ideally with leadership experience
- Strong team orientation and desire to actively engage with your own leadership role
- Enjoyment of responsibility and further development of your own department
- Confident in German, both spoken and written
