Workload: 20% - 40% / Location: Lauterbrunnen
The Jungfrau Region Tourism AG is looking for a versatile personality to complement its team in Lauterbrunnen for the summer season starting May 1, 2026.
Your tasks
- Assisting our guests at the counter, by phone, by mail, and by email
- Providing information and accommodation
- Selling various tickets and items at the counter
- Active participation in the guest program and events
Your qualities
- You have completed commercial training or similar and have already gained experience in tourism
- You are a flexible, customer-oriented personality and irregular working hours as well as weekend shifts are not a problem for you
- In addition to confident German in spoken and written form, oral and written French and English skills are an advantage
- Enthusiasm for the Jungfrau Region
