Tasks
- Wartung und Unterhalt von Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen.
- Bearbeitung von Störungen und Durchführung von Reparaturen.
- Inbetriebnahme von Neuanlagen und Betreuung des Gebäudeleitsystems.
Skills
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen Beruf erforderlich.
- Führungsqualitäten und selbständige Arbeitsweise gefragt.
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse und Umgang mit Instandhaltungsprogrammen.

- Maintenance and servicing of heating, ventilation, as well as refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Troubleshooting and carrying out repairs
- Supervision of the building management system and its automation stations
- Commissioning of new systems
- Accompanying and monitoring the work of external technicians within our production.
- Maintenance of the maintenance programme and its inventory management
- Leadership of directly subordinate employees
Your Profile:
- Completed training as a ventilation, sanitary, heating, or refrigeration technician or a basic technical education (e.g. electromechanic)
- Independent, committed personality with leadership qualities
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to be on call and provide standby service
- Handling a modern maintenance programme is no problem for you.
- You keep a cool head even in hectic situations.
- Driving licence category B and own vehicle are mandatory
