AI Product / Platform Lead (SME)

This role exists to turn AI capabilities into adoptable, scalable, and value-generating platforms.

Mission 

You will operate as a Subject Matter Expert responsible for owning AI platforms and products end-to-end, from strategic vision to delivery and adoption.

Acting in product-led engagements, enterprise platform programs, or hybrid consulting models, you will define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and align technology, business, and delivery teams around scalable AI products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define vision, positioning, and roadmap for AI products or platforms

• Prioritize AI initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and scalability

• Structure AI platforms as reusable, composable capabilities

• Drive adoption across business units and user groups
   

• Translate strategic goals into executable product increments

• Coordinate AI, Data, Infra, and Engineering teams

• Balance experimentation with production stability

• Define success metrics and track value realization
   

• Define operating models for AI product teams

• Establish standards for reuse, documentation, and lifecycle management

• Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and enterprise governance

• Support scaling from early adopters to organization-wide usage

Technical Scope

• AI platform capabilities and service design

• Integration with enterprise systems and workflows

• Data, model, and infrastructure dependencies

Profile

• Strong background in product management or platform leadership

• Experience delivering complex technology platforms

• Exposure to AI, data platforms, or advanced analytics programs
   

• Product-first and value-driven orientation

• Strong leadership and alignment capabilities

• Comfortable operating at the intersection of business and technology

• Long-term ownership mindset for platforms and products

This role is designed to own AI as a product, acting as the value and adoption engine of enterprise AI transformation.

You will position yourself as an AI Product SME, enabling AI platforms to scale by orders of magnitude, and contributing to the build-out of one of the most impactful AI product ecosystems across Europe.
