- Support HR leadership in daily operations and administration tasks.
Skills
- Completed commercial training with HR specialization, payroll focus preferred.
- Several years of experience in payroll and personnel administration.
- Proficient in using Abacus ERP system is essential.

About the job
Responsible for the payroll area: Independent execution of the monthly payroll processing including social security and withholding tax as well as year-end tasks
Contact person for payroll-related concerns and questions
Key user role and main responsibility for our ERP system (Abacus) including ERP development
Support of HR management in daily operations as well as participation in HR administration
Participation in diverse HR projects, especially in the areas of digitization, process optimization, and further development of HR structures
Completed commercial basic training with further education in HR, specialization in payroll is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in payroll and personnel administration
Confident handling of Abacus is mandatory
Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
