Driver Cat. C & Dispatch 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You mainly operate our Welaki and hook vehicles, transporting skips, containers and recyclable materials safely and on time. At the same time, you will gradually be trained as a second skip dispatcher and support our main dispatcher during holidays, absences or bottlenecks.

On the road:

• Driving and operating Welaki and hook vehicles

• Safe and timely transport of skips, containers and recyclable materials

• Loading and unloading as well as proper securing of the load

• Flexible assignments with different vehicles from our fleet

• Maintenance and cleaning of the vehicles used as well as minor upkeep work

In dispatch:

• Support and deputise for the skip dispatcher during holidays, absences and bottlenecks

• Planning and coordination of vehicles, orders and routes

• Ongoing coordination with drivers, customers and internal departments

• Responding to short-term changes and finding pragmatic solutions in day-to-day business

• Working with our digital dispatch and planning systems

What do I need to be successful?

• Driving licence Cat. C including valid CZV card

• Experience as a driver, preferably in construction site, skip, waste disposal or recycling transport

• Experience with Welaki and/or hook vehicles is an advantage

• Ideally some initial experience and above all interest in dispatch, planning and organisation

• Enjoy taking on additional responsibility and developing yourself further

• Very good German skills, spoken and written

• Confident handling of digital work tools

• Independent, reliable and flexible working style

• Even when it gets hectic: you keep an overview and communicate clearly
