Your Tasks
- Nursing, care and counselling of patients aged 65 and over as well as their relatives, especially in complex situations
- Taking on delegated tasks based on your qualifications and skills, e.g. leading case discussions, supporting the team in complex nursing situations or coaching in the implementation of the nursing process
- Collaboration and networking with the internal competence centre "Professional Development and Care" as well as with external agencies
- Participation in the clinical and conceptual further development of evidence-based practice
- Professional responsibility in cooperation with the ward management as well as co-responsibility for the further development of nursing quality on the ward
Your Profile
- Nurse FH or HF on file (recognition certificate from the Swiss Red Cross for a foreign diploma)
- Ideally professional experience in psychiatry and/or gerontology
- Knowledge and interest in quality development and project management
- Enjoyment in working with patients and a high degree of responsibility
- Flexibility and resilience in a constantly evolving team
