To strengthen our team in the Bread & Pastry department, we are immediately looking for a motivated and committed person for a permanent position at the Geneva site as a Supermarket Employee, 15%.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the production of pastry products.
- You conduct sales interviews and advise our demanding customers with competence and friendliness.
- You regularly check that the sales stands are complete and clean.
- You effectively implement product concepts and local concepts.
- You create an attractive market atmosphere in accordance with the concept (season, etc.).
- You organise sales areas in a sensible and appealing manner.
- You set seasonal priorities and present products accordingly.
- You consistently adhere to prescribed hygiene rules.
Your profile
- You preferably have completed basic training as a confectioner or pastry chef.
- You already have professional experience in a confectionery, pastry shop, or catering.
- You are a reliable, customer-oriented, and committed person who works with great pleasure and enthusiasm.
- You are able to adapt to high customer traffic and remain calm and maintain an overview in busy situations.
- You convince with your team spirit and neat appearance.
- You place great importance on performing work cleanly and carefully.
- You speak French fluently and preferably know another national language.
